All sneaker sales with NO DRAMAS are final. NO DRAMAS offers a marketplace for sneakers, meaning all sneakers on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in-store, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

If you have any questions with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please contact us before committing to purchase.

You may return or exchange (where available) any retail product purchases for any reason, subject to these terms;

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 DAYS from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.

• No refunds on SALE or discounted items, return for credit or exchange is sometimes available.

• Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All TAGS must remain attached.

HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING

To return or exchange your purchase for any reason please contact info@no-dramas.net. Include the order number found on your order confirmation and the reason for returning the item.
